Ok I have Skyrim on my pc pirated and I want to download some mods. These mods do not seem to work. This did nothing to my game. Then I tried installing those manually. This also did nothing to my game. However, I manually installed the mod that changes the music at the title screen to "The Dragonborn Comes" and it works just fine. Please help! This was the only reason I downloaded it in the first place!
I don't want to make you feel bad about contributing to the pirating problem, but I want to point out that the reason there are so few games released for PC right now is because PC games are easy to break for hackers.
Hey, they still have yet to release the latest Assassin's Creed Revelations PC version because they don't want hacking to affect their console sales. I know it breaks gale-force wind but nothing they try really works except keeping games console-only. If you want to continue playing games on your computer, you should do your part for the cause and purchase them from now on. Pirate versions often do not work the same as normal versions.
