The list of errors is published on the AJCC website, and seems to number in the hundreds. Unfortunately AJCC currently states that these errors are not significant enough to issue replacement copies. None of the errata are significant enough to necessitate a reprint until the current inventory of manuals is depleted" - unless you want to do your job properly!!
Also, without apparent warning and following publication, they announced that this edition cannot be used until !! It would have been far more professional for AJCC to review their book properly and only sell it when it's ready to use.
